Product description

Food doesn't burn and wrapping the element around the sides of the roaster, makes for more moist, even cooking. And with automatic temperature control (125 degrees to 425 degrees), the Nesco Roaster maintains even cooking temperatures. The oval 6 qt capacity cookwell will also accomodate a 7" pie pan, 1 lb loaf pan or 1-1/2 qt casserole dish. The patented and unique "Circle of Heat" heating works from the the side and not bottom.
